About Client
GoSquared is a startup based in the UK. They offer an all-in-one platform for SaaS companies. They believe that having too many applications and services just to start and grow your business is unnecessary. Their easy-to-use dashboard helps software businesses with live chat, targeted messages for marketing growth, and web analytics.
Project Goals
In this project, we needed to develop the web app, which also included building a component style guide for unifying the codes and different elements. Different sections needed to be added to the web app, including a newsletter and email template, and an automated message creator.
The Development Process
First, we had to develop the component style guide that included all the necessary principles to be used later on during the development process with the React-Redux JavaScript library. Here are some screen captures from the GoSquared component style guide. This style guide included components like icons, cards, buttons, typography, etc.
The development process also included creating different sections of the web app, such as the automation section and the broadcast section. We made it possible to be able to customize the email message using HTML to get the best results out of it. Here are some screenshots from the web application in GoSquared. Other sections available on this web app include web analytics and live chat.
The Outcome
In the end, a web app along with a dashboard and all the features of the software were delivered. In addition, we also delivered the component style guide that can be used to develop the web app further in unity with the previous code.
